Who We Are
Leadership X-Factor (LXF) is a leadership consultancy and online resource for leadership development. We are dedicated to addressing the skills that leaders at all levels need. While some formal training is necessary, other forms of development such as on-the-job training, coaching and mentoring are equally, if not more, important. Leaders need an awareness of their strengths and areas for development to be effective.
Dr. Travis K. Brewer founded LXF in 2010 to address leadership development, an area he is so passionate about. He believes that everyone has the potential to do great things, including being a leader, and he wants to help leaders and future leaders develop the skills they need to get there. He believes that leadership is a journey that begins very early in life and continues until we die.
Leadership is a journey, not a destination.
In addition to founding LXF, Dr. T supports all levels of leaders as the Dean of the College of Management and Leadership for a Dallas, TX based Fortune 150 company. He is also an adjunct professor for the Department of Learning Technologies in the College of Information at the University of North Texas.
